What is the order cut-off time?

Midnight. Orders placed before 12:00am are processed the next working day. Place an order after midnight and it rolls to the day after.

How does delivery work?

We pack your order the next working day. It is then collected by the courier and delivered the following day.

When will my order arrive?

Your delivery day depends on when you place your order:

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

What if I order over the weekend?

Weekend orders (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) are packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Can I get a Saturday delivery?

Yes. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. Select it at checkout when placing your order on Thursday.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once the courier has collected your order, you will receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

We deliver to most of the UK via next day service, but some areas have longer delivery times or restrictions. Here is what to expect outside of standard next day:

Can I return an order or get a refund?

If something is not right with your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible. Because we ship perishable goods, we handle every issue on a case-by-case basis and we will always do our best to put things right.
