Pizza Essentials is the brainchild of a team of professional pizza chefs with decades of experience working in some of the best pizza restaurants in the world. We've taken everything we know — the flours, the sauces, the cheeses, the tools — and put it together so you can make proper pizza in your own kitchen, in minutes, once your doughballs are defrosted.

No oven? No problem. Our specialty doughballs even work for making banging pizzas in your frying pan. Yes, really.

We've spent months developing and testing four specialty doughballs the same way we'd make from scratch: the right blend of pizza flours, water and yeast, done properly.

The standout in our lineup is the Peddling DG Neapolitan Doughball — and it's not ours. It's Adam Atkins'.

Adam started Peddling Pizza in 2016 with a bicycle, a custom trailer, and an obsession with getting the dough right. What began at a market stall in St Albans became one of the UK's most recognised street food pizza setups. His recipe — refined over years of doing it properly — is the foundation of this doughball.
