Classic Round Pizza Base
A proper pre-baked Italian base that takes the hard work out of pizza night.
Made with wheat flour, durum wheat, extra virgin olive oil and natural leaven. At 30cm it holds up under generous toppings without going soggy. Light and tender going in, properly crispy coming out.
Take straight from the freezer, rest for 30 minutes, top and bake. Traditional pizza oven at 300°C for 4 minutes. Home oven at 200°C for 6 minutes. Once defrosted, keep in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
