Product Information

A blend of mushroom varieties chosen for the rounded, earthy depth they bring together.

 

Cooked in olive oil before packed, so all the moisture is already out.

 

No soggy base, no prep, earthy, rounded flavour straight from the tin.

 

Spoon them over the base with mozzarella and finish with truffle oil after baking.

Or combine with 'nduja before the pizza goes in the heat cuts through the earthiness in a way that works very well.
