'Nduja is a soft, spreadable spiced pork salumi, made from fattier cuts of pork and Calabrian chillies.

 

The high fat content means it melts when it hits heat, carrying flavour into everything around it rather than sitting on top like a solid topping.

Soft and spreadable Calabrian chillies give it a deep, slow-building heat that doesn't let up. It melts across a pizza base as it should.

 

Spread it directly onto the base as an alternative to tomato sauce, or dot it across the toppings before baking.

 

The fat carries heat and flavour into every layer of the pizza as it cooks.

 

Comes packed in a 300g fixed pack for easy portion control.
