Calabrian chillies don't mess around. The heat builds slowly but it gets there. Consider yourself warned.
On a pizza it spreads and marbles as it cooks, seasoning everything it touches.
Dot it across the base before the cheese goes on, or use it in place of tomato sauce altogether.
It melts into the other ingredients as it cooks rather than sitting on top.
