Easy to stretch sourdough dough with a light, genuine chew, ready to go in a pan and oven or pizza oven.


1 x 2kg Latteria Sorrentina Fior di Latte Cut

Pre-cut fresh mozzarella that melts evenly, catches golden at the edges and needs no prep.


6 x 400g Rega San Marzano DOP tomatoes

DOP certified, whole peeled tomatoes in their own juice. Crush by hand, season and spread.


1 x125g  Parmigiano Reggiano Wedge

Hard, granular and ready to grate. The finishing touch that pulls everything together.
