Including our sourdough easy stretch doughballs, a smooth ready-to-use seasoned sauce, creamy mozzarella and an airtight dough tray and lid to keep everything organised. 

 

What’s in the box:

6 x250g Sourdough Doughballs

Easy to stretch sourdough dough with a light, genuine chew, ready to go in a pan and oven or pizza oven.

3x150g Fior di Latte Strip Cut  or  2 x400g Fior di Latte logs

Strip cut: Hand-portioned fresh mozzarella, sized for one pizza, no prep needed

Logs: Fresh cow’s milk mozzarella in log format, slice or tear depending on how you like it.

Mozzarella received will be dependent on fresh stocks on your order date, this will either be ready-cut bags or logs.

1x800g Greci Pizza Sauce

Cooked tomatoes, well seasoned and ready to spread straight onto the base.

Domestic Airtight Pizza Dough Tray and Lid set

Airtight Pizza Dough Tray and Lid 300x400mm - keeps your dough balls neatly stored while they prove.
