Including our sourdough easy stretch doughballs, Rega San Marzano DOP tomatoes straight from Campania and fresh fior di latte mozzarella. The kind of frying pan pizza that makes you wonder why you ever ordered in.

What's in the box:

2 x 250g Sourdough Doughballs
Easy to stretch sourdough dough with a light, genuine chew, slow proved and properly rested so they stretch without tearing.

1 x 150g Fior di Latte Strip Cut
Fresh Fior di Latte Mozzarella, no prep needed. Scatter straight onto your base, melts evenly, catches golden at the edges and gives you a balanced, gentle stretch when you lift a slice.

Mozzarella received will be dependent on fresh stocks on your order date. If strip cut portions are unavailable we will substitute with Fior di Latte Mozzarella Logs 400g, same quality, just in log format for you to slice or tear as you like.

DOP certified San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil of Campania, southern Italy, sourced from Rega, one of the most trusted names in Italian tomatoes. Naturally sweet, low in acidity and rich in flavour. Crush by hand, season lightly with salt and a drizzle of olive oil and spread straight onto your base. No simmering, no blending, no second guessing.
